Horizon consists of a 19-story building at 3300 Windy Ridge Parkway with 243 units, of which 107 units have one bedroom, 133 have two bedrooms, and three (3) have more than two bedrooms.
The condos range in size from more than 700 square feet to over 5,000 square feet. In addition, there are several signature condos that have upgraded fixtures and appliances including some two-story penthouses that range from 2,100 to more than 5,000 square feet. The Wildwood Office Park location and site arrangements were made in concert with land features. Parking decks were benched into hillsides to minimize visual impact and excavation, and building sites were shifted to preserve trees. As a result, the project received an Environmental Improvement Grand Award from The Associated Landscape Contractors of America.
Wildwood Office Park and Horizon Condominiums are located in an unincorporated area of Cobb County, Georgia, approximately one mile east of U.S. Interstate Highway 75 and one-quarter mile north of U.S. Interstate Highway 285. The nearest incorporated city is Marietta, Georgia.
