ABOUT

Horizon consists of a 19-story building at 3300 Windy Ridge Parkway with 243 units, of which 107 units have one bedroom, 133 have two bedrooms, and three (3) have more than two bedrooms. 

The condos range in size from more than 700 square feet to over 5,000 square feet. In addition, there are several signature condos that have upgraded fixtures and appliances including some two-story penthouses that range from 2,100 to more than 5,000 square feet. Each condo enjoys a balcony, floor to ceiling windows, 10-foot or higher ceilings, luxury finishes, contemporary floor plans and breathtaking views including the city skyline, Buckhead, the Chattahoochee River, and the surrounding greenbelt.

The Condominium’s amenities include a Swimming Pool/Sun Deck with landscaped gardens, a Heated Spa, an outdoor dining & grill area, a Fire Pit, a Fitness Center, a Nature Trail, Two (2) Dog Parks, a 24/7 concierge staff, a spacious lobby, a Conference Room with office facilities, a Club Room, an Indoor Lounge on the Amenity Level, owner assigned storage areas, private assigned garage parking, and electric vehicle charging stations. The Condominium is designed as an Owner-occupied community and leasing is significantly restricted.

The building sits on approximately 6.4 acres of land.  The land is located within Wildwood Office Park, a mixed-use office and residential community near the Chattahoochee River and adjacent to the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area, a 1,200 acre forest preserve. Portions of the Condominium’s grounds remain wooded and in their natural pre-development state.  The grounds offer functional connections to adjacent grounds and trails of the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area. The Wildwood Office Park location and site arrangements were made in concert with land features. Parking decks were benched into hillsides to minimize visual impact and excavation, and building sites were shifted to preserve trees. As a result, the project received an Environmental Improvement Grand Award from The Associated Landscape Contractors of America.

Wildwood Office Park and Horizon Condominiums are located in an unincorporated area of Cobb County, Georgia, approximately one mile east of U.S. Interstate Highway 75 and one-quarter mile north of U.S. Interstate Highway 285.  The nearest incorporated city is Marietta, Georgia.
